•$20 Booking Fee is REQUIRED to secure all appointments (no booking fee, no appointment) ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE | Booking Fees are transferable once | All services and sales are non refundable |

• Be sure to arrive on time with no extra guests! (the address will be sent to you via text the day before your appointment)

•There is a 10 minute grace period, after that a $10 charge is added. After 15 minutes appointment will be cancelled.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule please do it at least 24 hours before your appointment!

•Upon arrival please make sure your eyes are COMPLETELY clean.. No mascara, glue, or oils (if your eyes are not clean there will be a $5 upcharge for a lash bath)

•Due to Covid-19 please wear a mask to your appointment. If you are sick or have been exposed to anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not book for at least 14 days.

•Please avoid using your phone while getting lashed .. this is a time for relaxation & lash naps
